As a very rare make up wearer, I was sceptical about having my wedding make up done, but from the first meeting for my hair and make up trial with Nicky, I was completely blown away by her ability to listen to my ideas and hopes and the advice she offered was amazing. Nicky's rates are very competitive and I had shopped around and had had a few make up trials, but was very unhappy until I met Nicky! She was extremely professional in organising the timings of the day. On the wedding day itself, Nicky arrived and put us all at our ease. All the timings for hair and make up went according to plan and we all felt like we were celebrities when we saw the finished result.....the photos say it all! We got so many compliments from our guests on looking so natural, funky and elegant! I felt amazing walking up that aisle! I would recommend Nicky beyond doubt....I has a second wedding a month later in South Africa and had my finances allowed, I would have taken Nicky with me to recreate my look! Nicky is a God send!
Just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your help for my wedding on 20th November 2011. You did a fantastic job with my makeup and hair and nails I loved it, thank you. Even my new husband Jon keeps asking where his bride has gone and said couldn't I get you to do my hair everyday! The lashes looked really nice and my nails are still looking great. Every one loved my hair and make up and said how beautiful I looked but you were brilliant and really put me at ease for my wedding.
I loved the way you did my hair and make up and nails and everyone commented on how great it looked and the curls stayed in till 3am the next morning when I finally had to take them out to go to bed!!
